In October 1999 the 100% stockholder of the company contacted Marcher and asked for our assistance in implementing a project cost accounting system.  Over the course of the next 2 months the owner advised us that she was not satisfied with the performance of the full-time CFO and asked if we would consider filling that role on an interim basis.  Commencing in December 1999 and continuing to the present day, Marcher has provided financial oversight services and has managed the on-site accounting staff.
