Julie K. Karmazin (Associate – JKK)

Ms. Karmazin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion University (Albion, MI) in 1990 and supplemented her education with MBA prerequisite study at Oakland University (Auburn Hills, MI) during 1995.

Ms. Karmazin was a copywriter for public relations firm during 1990.  From 1991 through 1996, Ms. Karmazin was a contributing editor for Gale Research, Inc. in Detroit , MI .

From 1996 through 2001 Ms. Karmazin was employed in several positions by Karmazin Products Corporation, headquartered in Wyandotte, Michigan, including:

Director of Operations            Moved entire manufacturing operations to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

Mexican Officer                        Coordinated training for Mexican staff to utilize the MRP II system in every department.

Materials Manager                   Responsible for all supply chain management

MRP II System Leader             Installed a company-wide MRP II computer system

From September through December 2001, Ms. Karmazin was a Liquidation Consultant for National City Bank of Michigan & Illinois in Birmingham, Michigan

During 2002 through 2006, Ms. Karmazin was a Turnaround Management Consultant with Kenneth J. Dalto & Associates in Farmington Hills , Michigan .  She diversified the firm’s manufacturing due diligence proficiencies and generally served as interim operations manager for clients. She was a member of the forensic investigation team to identify true costs of goods sold within manufacturing processes.  She was also a member of the due diligence team for Comerica Bank, 5th and 3rd Bank, and National City Bank clients seeking additional funds or refinancing opportunities.  Ms. Karmazin co-authored several business operations analysis presentations.

From September 2006 through July 2007 Ms. Karmazin was a Business Management Consultant with George S. May International Company in Parke Ridge , Illinois.  She conducted operational and financial due diligence investigations and restructured charts of accounts, created cash flow projections and departmental budgets and job costing models.
