Ms. Richmond is experienced in real estate development, finance, marketing, accounting, and management utilizing her education in finance and accounting along with the additional skills learned while managing and overseeing architectural and site design, land development, construction, and marketing of various real estate development projects in the Washington , DC and WV areas. 

1976 – 1979                Trust Income Tax Division and Trust Real Estate Division, Riggs National Bank ( Washington , DC ).  Part-time summer employment.  Analyzed and evaluated real estate holdings in various trust accounts. Advised bank of what actions or non-actions to take regarding trust properties. Administered significant family trust accounts, determining taxable and non-taxable income of trust investments.

1980 – 1985                The Holladay Corporation – Washington , DC .  Various positions including New Homes Sales person, Marketing Assistant, and Marketing Director of Commercial Real Estate.

2008 – present           Marcher Consultants, Inc. – Senior Associate, Real Estate.  Responsible for administration and restructuring of distressed loan portfolio at Virginia Commerce Bank in areas of residential land acquisition & development, residential construction and commercial/retail development loans.
